We opened our doors twelve years ago with six tables, one stove and a simple idea: cook honest food with the best local produce we could find.
Today the dining room is bigger, but the idea hasn’t changed. Our chef still visits the market every morning, our bread is baked in-house and our menu follows the seasons.
