Rami's greatest strength is his ability to separate himself from the crowd that believes intensity goes hand in hand with volume, aggression and excessive effects. He brings a sense of balance and measure to the music that allows him to build tension by contrast, not bombast.— Rania Azar, Music critic
My Prestige Award
Awarded for an outstanding live album that balances fiery blues with quiet, melodic restraint.
About Me
I picked up my first guitar at twelve and have not put it down since. Over three decades I have played in rock and blues bands, recorded solo albums and toured across the Arab world and Europe.
Today I divide my time between the stage, the studio and teaching, sharing what I have learned with guitarists of every level.
Live & Studio
On stage I love the energy of a live crowd; in the studio I love the details: the right tone, the right take, the right space between notes. My recordings blend blues, rock and jazz influences into a sound that is warm, dynamic and honest.
Professional Skills
Years of performing, recording and teaching have given me a broad, practical skill set that I bring to every lesson.
