Do you offer school trips and group bookings?
Yes. Schools and groups of 15 or more get a reduced rate and a guided route with one of our educators. Send us a message at least a week ahead.
Is the aquarium wheelchair accessible?
Every zone, the shark tunnel and the show arena have step-free access, and wheelchairs can be borrowed free at the entrance.
When is the last entry?
Last entry is at 20:00, one hour before closing. Allow two to three hours to see everything.
Can I book the shark cage dive on the day?
Places are limited, so we recommend booking ahead. The dive is open to visitors aged 12 and up.
