Stories from our volunteers and the neighbours our outreach programmes serve.
Behind every outreach programme are people: the volunteer who drives an elderly neighbour to the doctor, the family who receives a food parcel in a difficult month, the teenager who tutors younger children after school.
Last year our volunteers reached more than a thousand people through food drives, clothing donations and support programmes. Each of them has a story, and many have become part of our community.
