How do I schedule, reschedule, or cancel a move?
Call us or send a message through the contact page. You can reschedule free of charge up to 7 days before your moving date.
How far in advance should I book?
For local moves two to three weeks is usually enough. For long-distance moves or month-end dates, book four to six weeks ahead.
Do you also offer packing services?
Yes. We can pack your whole home, only the fragile items, or simply deliver boxes and materials so you can pack yourself.
How is the price calculated?
After a short survey we give you a fixed quote based on volume, distance and the services you choose. The price you see is the price you pay.
Are my belongings insured?
Every move is covered by our transit insurance. Extra coverage for valuable items is available on request.
Can you store my things between homes?
Yes. Our secure, clean storage units are available by the week or by the month.
How long does a typical move take?
A two-bedroom apartment usually takes four to six hours from first box to last. We give you a time estimate with your quote.
