How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within one working day and arrive in 2–4 days with free express shipping, duties included.
Can I return or exchange my shoes?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days, as long as the shoes are unworn.
How do I find my size?
Our shoes fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend going half a size up; the size chart has the details.
How do I care for my shoes?
Brush off dirt, wash the uppers by hand with mild soap and let them air-dry. Insoles and laces can go in a cool machine wash.
What happens to my old pair?
Send them back with our free recycling label and we will turn them into new soles.
