How do I order flowers and choose a delivery time?
Pick a bouquet, add your card message and choose a delivery day and time slot at checkout. Orders placed before 2 pm can arrive the same day.
Where do you deliver, and can I track my order?
We deliver across Amman, including Dabouq, Abdoun, Khalda and Tla' Al Ali, and to Zarqa and Salt for a small fee. You get a WhatsApp message with the driver's details when your order leaves the studio.
How do I keep my flowers fresh, and what if they arrive damaged?
Trim the stems at an angle, change the water every two days and keep the vase away from the air conditioner. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can change the card message, address or time, or cancel, up to 24 hours before delivery. Flowers are perishable, so we cannot take them back, but we will always put a problem right.
