How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the workshop within two working days and arrive in 1–3 days across the West Bank. For orders abroad we quote shipping on WhatsApp before you pay.
Are your pieces food-safe and dishwasher-safe?
Yes. Our plates, bowls and cups use lead-free, food-safe glazes fired at 1,200°C, and they are dishwasher-safe. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as putting a hot dish on a cold surface.
Can I return a piece?
You can return unused pieces within 14 days. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.
Do you make custom or personalised pieces?
Yes. We make dinner sets in your colours, plates with names or Arabic calligraphy, and gifts for weddings and companies. Custom orders take about three weeks.
Do you sell to cafés and shops?
Yes, we supply cafés, restaurants and gift shops. Ask us for our wholesale price list.
