Welcome to

Halawiyat Teta Widad

I'm Rima Sarkis, a pastry chef trained in Paris. I named this little patisserie after my grandmother Widad, who taught me to make maamoul before I could read. Every morning we bake bread, croissants, tarts and her sweets by hand.
