How we built a 98/100 PageSpeed website in two weeks

The image, font and script choices behind a fast bilingual site for a Dubai clinic group.
The brief
A Dubai clinic group wanted a new bilingual marketing site before a campaign launch two weeks away. Their old site scored 41 on mobile and lost half its visitors before the page finished loading.
Images first
Images were 80% of the page weight. We exported every photo in modern formats, set exact sizes so nothing jumped while loading, and lazy-loaded everything below the first screen.
Two fonts, not six
We kept one Arabic and one Latin family, loaded only the weights we used and preloaded the heading font. Text shows at once in a fallback while the web font arrives.
Scripts on a diet
The old site loaded three analytics tools and a chat widget on every page. We kept one analytics tool, delayed the chat until the visitor interacts and removed unused animation libraries.
The result
The new site scores 98 on mobile and 100 on desktop. The bounce rate fell by a third in the first month, and the campaign landing pages load in under a second on 4G.
