Arabic first
Every lesson is explained in Arabic, with the English technical terms you will need at work.
About Mahara
We help beginners learn modern web skills through simple, practical online courses. Our goal is to make website creation easy, accessible, and confidence-building for everyone.
Why we started Mahara
We started Mahara in Doha in 2019 because good web courses in Arabic were hard to find. Our courses guide you step by step, in plain language, until you can build and run websites on your own.
I built Mahara to turn complex web topics into short, practical lessons in Arabic. My goal is simple: to help you build something you are proud of. Thank you for learning with us.— Faisal Al Mannai, Founder
What we believe
"No one can learn what they think they already know."
Good learning starts with curiosity. Our team of developers, designers and teachers in Doha builds every course around one question: what will you be able to do after this lesson?
From your first web page to your first online sale, we keep lessons short, practical and in clear Arabic, so you can learn alongside work or study.
Real projects
Each course ends with a project you can show to clients or employers.
Help when you are stuck
Ask a question under any lesson and an instructor replies within two working days.
