Who we are
Founded in Muscat in 2014
We started Majmuat Al Qada after years of running our own companies and wishing someone had sat beside us.
Today our three partners coach more than forty businesses a year, from home-based food brands to companies with two hundred staff. We charge a fixed monthly fee, agree on goals in writing and measure our work by our clients' results.
We work in Arabic and English, at your office, at ours in Al Qurum or online.

Our coaches
Ahmed Al Busaidi
Founder and lead coach
Ahmed ran a building-supplies company for twelve years before he began coaching. He works mainly with founders of family firms.
Asma Al Zadjali
Partner, finance coaching
A former bank credit analyst, Asma helps owners read their numbers, manage cash and prepare for financing.
Hilal Al Habsi
Partner, team coaching
Hilal led product teams at two Omani tech companies. He runs our workshops for management teams.
