What is the typical lead time for product delivery?
Most orders ship in four to eight weeks, depending on volume and complexity. We confirm the date with your quote.
How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Every batch is inspected and tested against your specifications before it leaves the factory.
What warranty do you give?
24 months on the structure and 12 months on hydraulics and electrics, with on-site service in the Eastern Province and Riyadh.
Do you deliver outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We ship to Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE and Oman, and arrange customs clearance with our logistics partners.
