How it works

Three steps from your first call to a resolution.

  1. Confidential consultation

Tell us about your situation in a private first meeting and hear your options under UAE law.

  2. A clear plan and fixed fee

We agree the steps, the timeline and the fee in writing before any work starts.

  3. Settlement or court

We negotiate first, including at family guidance, and represent you in court when needed.

Questions clients ask

What makes you different from other firms?

We only practise family law. Every client has a named lawyer, fixed fees agreed in advance and a clear plan from the first meeting.

Do I have to go to family guidance before court?

In most family cases, yes. The family guidance committee tries to reach an agreement first. We prepare you for the session and attend with you.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Bring your marriage contract, any court papers, Emirates ID, financial documents and a short timeline of events. We will tell you if anything else is needed.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer or card. For longer cases we can agree payment in instalments.

How do I reach my lawyer?

Directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. We reply within one working day, and sooner when it is urgent.
