About me
Fifteen years on the client's side of the table
I started my career valuing homes for a bank in Dubai, then spent eight years advising developers, landlords and families on hundreds of transactions across the emirate.
Today I work independently and take no commission from sellers or developers, so my only interest is yours.
Every engagement starts with listening. Then I gather the data, visit the property and give you a clear, written recommendation you can act on.
