Before you book
Do you refill AC gas?
Yes. We first find and seal the leak, then refill with the gas your unit is rated for, so you are not paying for the same refill every summer.
Is there a call-out fee?
The visit costs AED 99 and is deducted from the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
Do you give a warranty?
Every repair has a 90-day workmanship warranty, and new units carry the maker's warranty plus one year on our installation.
Can you look after central and ducted systems?
Yes. We service ducted villa systems and the central units of small buildings, offices and shops.
