How do I choose my size?
The Air Pro X3 fits true to size. If you are between sizes or have wide feet, go half a size up.
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Kuwait arrive the next working day, and GCC orders in three to five working days. Delivery is free on every order.
Can I exchange or return my shoes?
Yes. Unworn shoes in their original box can be exchanged or returned free of charge within 30 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, and cash on delivery inside Kuwait.
How do I care for the knit upper?
Brush off dirt once dry and hand-wash with mild soap and cool water. Do not put your shoes in the dryer.
How often should I replace running shoes?
Most runners replace their shoes every 500 to 800 km, or when the cushioning starts to feel flat.
