A Riyadh agency since 2015
Rakeeza Al Aqariya is a licensed real estate agency in Al Olaya with a team of fourteen agents and property managers.
We work mainly in the north of Riyadh, where we know each district street by street: the schools, the mosques, the traffic at school time and what a fair price looks like.
How Rakeeza started
Clear prices, honest advice.
Faisal Al Harbi founded the company in 2015 after years of watching buyers and landlords struggle with unclear prices and slow replies.
Today we manage more than 400 units for landlords and close around 150 sales and rentals a year, with the same rule: every listing is visited and every price is explained.
