FAQ
Who can come?
Guests aged 16 and over are welcome; under-18s come with an adult. Bring a photo ID and your ticket on your phone or printed.
What drinks are served?
The bar is alcohol-free: mocktails, hot chocolate, spiced apple punch, soft drinks and water all night.
Is there a dress code?
Festive smart-casual. Christmas jumpers and a little sparkle are very welcome.
What's your refund policy?
Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event, or you can transfer them to a friend at any time.
