What should I expect on my first visit?

Arrive fifteen minutes early to fill in a short health form and enjoy a herbal tea. Robes, towels and slippers are provided.

Can I have a treatment while pregnant?

Yes, after the first trimester. Tell us when you book so we can plan a pregnancy massage and avoid certain oils.
