What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, CliQ transfers and cash on delivery in Amman.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Every order comes in our black gift box with a ribbon at no extra cost. Choose a coloured ribbon at checkout if you prefer.
Can I include a personalised message with my gift?
Yes. Write your message at checkout and we will copy it by hand onto a card.
What is your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 14 days. Chocolates and personalised or engraved gifts cannot be returned, but we will replace anything that arrives damaged.
How can I track my order?
We send a tracking link by WhatsApp as soon as the driver leaves. Orders placed before 2 pm are delivered the same day in Amman.
