Our process
From the first visit to round-the-clock cover
Every contract follows the same four steps, whether we guard one villa or a whole compound.
-
Site survey
A senior consultant walks your premises, maps entrances, blind spots and lighting, and learns how the site is used day to day.
-
Written security plan
Within five working days you receive the officer posts, camera positions, access rules and a fixed monthly price.
-
Deployment
Officers briefed on your site start on the agreed date, and our technicians install and test any cameras or barriers.
-
Monitoring and review
Our control room watches alarms and cameras 24/7, and we review incidents and the plan with you every quarter.
Why clients stay with us
Most of our contracts renew year after year. These are the reasons clients give us.
-
Licensed, vetted officers
Every officer is licensed, background-checked and trained on your site before the first shift.
-
Female officers for women's areas
Trained female officers handle entrances and checks at weddings, women's sections and girls' schools.
-
One control room, one number
Alarms, cameras and patrol reports all run through our 24/7 control room in Al Rawdah.

Our standards
What we promise every client
-
Officers on post on time
If an officer is late or absent, a relief officer is on site within 60 minutes or the shift is not billed.
-
Reports you can read
A short daily log and a monthly report with incidents, patrol times and recommendations.
-
Equipment that works
Cameras, alarms and barriers we install are serviced every quarter and carry a two-year warranty.
-
Clear contracts
Fixed monthly prices, a 30-day notice period and nothing hidden in the small print.
Since Yaqatha took over our warehouses in Al Khumra, thefts from the yard have stopped. Their supervisor calls us every morning with the night report.— Imad Al Laham, Operations manager, logistics company
