Our Restaurant Is A Collective Of Amazing People Striving To Build Delightful Italian Cuisine.

Bayt Al Maakarona opened in 1978 as a small family trattoria. Today our kitchen is still run by people who grew up cooking with their grandparents.

We work with local growers and bakers we know by name, import our olive oil and cheeses from Italy and make our pasta and desserts in-house every day.
