Will my shoes stretch?
Leather and suede shoes soften and mould to your feet after a few wears. Synthetic and rubber styles keep their size, so choose your usual fit.
Are the shoes waterproof?
Our rain boots and hiking boots are waterproof. Leather and suede styles are water-resistant; a protective spray keeps them looking good in wet weather.
Are the shoes washable?
Canvas sneakers and flips can be hand-washed in cool water. Wipe leather with a damp cloth and brush suede once it is dry.
Can I return a purchase?
Yes. Unworn shoes in their original box can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five working days of your return reaching us.
