Our Discovery
When we stopped using chemicals in 1985, our soil came back to life, and so did the flavour of everything we grew.
That discovery still guides every decision on the farm.
A family farm growing organic food the slow, natural way.
We have one goal: food that is good for people and good for the land.
We rotate crops, compost everything we can and let our animals graze on open pasture.
Visitors are always welcome to see how their food is grown.
When we stopped using chemicals in 1985, our soil came back to life, and so did the flavour of everything we grew.
That discovery still guides every decision on the farm.
To grow fresh, organic food for our neighbours and to leave the land healthier for the next generation.
We sell directly to families, markets and local restaurants.
Every carrot, apple and wheel of cheese is grown, picked and packed by our own small team.
