Hello, I'm Lara Shamma
Food and drinks blogger from Beirut, writing since 2011.
I visit different hotels, restaurants, street food places to taste their Food / Drinks.
My blog started as a notebook of meals I did not want to forget. Today it is a home for honest restaurant reviews, easy recipes and the cocktails I love to mix.
I eat anonymously, pay my own bill and write exactly what I think, whether that is a white-tablecloth tasting menu or a taco truck parked outside a hardware store.
When I am not out reviewing, I am in my kitchen testing recipes until they are simple enough for any weeknight.
