A small kitchen that only does eggs

Murad Haddad opened Shakshouka in 2016 after years of cooking Friday breakfast for his whole family. The menu still follows that table: shakshuka in the pan it was cooked in, fluffy omelettes, eggs with avocado on toast and smoked salmon with soft scrambled eggs.

Everything is cooked to order with free-range eggs from farms in the Jordan Valley.
