From the first site visit to the final handover, here is how a remodel runs and how to keep it on track.
A remodel goes more smoothly when you know what happens at each stage.
1. Survey and design
We measure the space, listen to how you live and prepare drawings, a material list and a fixed quote.
2. Permits and preparation
We apply for the municipal permits, protect floors and furniture and agree on working hours with you and your neighbours.
3. Building work
Demolition and structural work come first, then plumbing and electrics, then plastering, tiling and joinery. Your site manager sends a progress update every week.
4. Finishing and handover
We walk through every room with you, fix anything on the snag list and hand over warranties and care guides.
Tip
Choose your tiles, fittings and colours early. Late changes are the most common cause of delays.
