Yes. Women-only group classes run on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, led by my colleague Rana.

What should I bring to class?

Comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Mats, blocks and straps are provided.

How often should I practise?

Two or three classes a week is ideal to feel real progress in strength and flexibility.

Do you offer private sessions at home?

Yes, private coaching can take place at your home, in the studio or online.

Can I cancel my membership?

Group coaching can be cancelled at any time before your next monthly payment.

Is yoga safe during pregnancy?

Gentle prenatal yoga is usually safe; please check with your doctor and let me know before class.
