Cancellation & Refund Policy

<p><strong>Last updated: 23 October 2026</strong></p><h2>Before work starts</h2><p>Each invoice or written proposal defines the payment schedule and service scope. If a client cancels before work begins, we review the amount paid and any actual or non-refundable costs disclosed in advance.</p><h2>After work starts</h2><p>Once design, hosting setup or a third-party purchase has begun, completed work and non-refundable external costs are taken into account. The written proposal determines any balance or refund.</p><h2>Third-party services</h2><p>Domain, licence, subscription, payment-gateway or other third-party fees are governed by the provider’s terms and may be non-refundable.</p><h2>How to cancel</h2><p>Email hello@mediaplanet-co.com with your proposal or invoice reference. We will confirm the outcome in writing under the agreed proposal and applicable law.</p>
