Submitting a form or message does not by itself create a binding contract.</p><h2>Service proposals</h2><p>Your written proposal defines scope, price, timing, revision allowance, deliverables, ownership, administrator access and any external services or fees. If anything conflicts, the agreed written proposal or contract governs.</p><h2>Client materials</h2><p>Clients confirm that they own or are authorised to use the text, images, marks and other materials they provide, and that those materials do not infringe third-party rights.</p><h2>Timing and availability</h2><p>Any timeframe such as a 30-minute live build session assumes complete business information, ready content and an agreed standard scope. Integrations, missing content or extra requests may require additional time and a separate quotation.</p><h2>Liability</h2><p>We apply reasonable professional care, but do not guarantee commercial results or a particular search ranking.
