Why the squat is the one move to do every day

Yazan Al Khatib

Why the humble squat builds strength, mobility and better posture.

If you only have time for one exercise, make it the squat. It trains your legs, glutes and core and keeps your hips mobile.

Start with bodyweight squats to a chair, keeping your heels down and chest up. Add a dumbbell once ten clean reps feel easy.

Two or three sets a day is enough to see real progress within weeks.
