History
A few words about Nabil Azar, The Founder
Nabil grew up cooking beside his grandmother and learned early that good food starts with good ingredients and a patient hand. After years in kitchens across Italy and France, he opened his own small restaurant with six tables and a menu written by hand each morning.
Today he still tastes every sauce before service and greets regulars by name, while a new generation of chefs carries his recipes forward.

Nabil opens a small dining room with six tables and a handwritten daily menu.
