A strong back protects you from everyday aches and makes every other exercise easier.

Start with bird-dogs and glute bridges: three sets of ten, slow and controlled. Add a plank for 30 seconds and build up each week. Finish with gentle cat-cow stretches to keep your spine mobile.

Do this routine three times a week and you will notice better posture within a month.
