Intermittent fasting simply means eating within a set window, such as eight hours, and fasting for the rest of the day.

It can make calorie control easier, but it is not magic: what you eat still matters. Start with a twelve-hour window and narrow it slowly.

If you train hard, place your eating window around your workouts and keep protein high.
